Most recently, she served as the President, Global Risk Solutions for North America Programs at Liberty Mutual Insurance.<\/p>\n
Sharis has over 25 years of industry experience, leading and growing various E&S and specialty insurance businesses.<\/p>\n
She was previously the Senior Vice President, Director of Programs at Ironshore Insurance, a global specialty insurer acquired by Liberty Mutual in 2017.<\/p>\n
Prior to Ironshore, Sharis worked as a Managing Director with Aon Benfield, part of global re\/insurance broking group Aon.<\/p>\n
She began her career with global insurer AIG\u2019s Lexington Insurance Company, where she spent 14 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Product Owner for Employment Practices Liability, Chief Innovation Officer, Head of Risk & Economic Capital Modeling & Product Owner for Lexington\u2019s Property group.<\/p>\n
Sharis is a member of the advisory board of Target Markets Program Administrators Association, an industry organisation dedicated to the unique challenges of program specialists.<\/p>\n
