RenaissanceRe (RenRe), a global property and casualty reinsurer, has appointed Paloma Quiroga Arias as Senior Vice President (SVP), Client Data & Analytics.<\/p>\n

\"RenaissanceReArias brings extensive experience in reinsurance, corporate strategy, research, data analysis, and consulting.<\/p>\n

She joins RenRe from Swiss Re, where she spent nearly three years serving as Head of Risk Consulting & Analytics.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, Arias spent almost a decade at Aon in various senior roles, most recently as Head of Articulating Value, Aon Reinsurance Solutions.<\/p>\n

In December 2025, Arias commented on her departure from Swiss Re: \u201cAs this year comes to an end, so does a chapter of my career and my journey with Swiss Re. It has been an incredibly enriching one, which has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally in equal measure.<\/p>\n
