Dickerson will be based in the company\u2019s London office. Since 2021, he has served at reinsurance broker Gallagher Re as Global Head of Retrospective Solutions.<\/p>\n
Prior to that, Dickerson was the Executive Director at Willis Re and held significant roles at RPC, WTW and EMB Consulting. He started his career at Capita.<\/p>\n
