Resilience, a provider of cyber risk solutions, has appointed James C. Riviezzo as Head of North American Distribution and Strategy.
The appointment follows a time of significant growth for Resilience as it continues to expand its enterprise client base and strengthens its position as an innovator in the cyber risk management sector.
In his new role, Riviezzo will build out the strategy and execution of Resilience’s broker network to further establish the company’s industry-leading insurance and software solutions.
Riviezzo has over 25 years of industry experience and an established record of constructing and executing national distribution and field underwriting strategies for carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs.
Most recently, he was the Head of National Broker Relations at At-Bay, responsible for the strategic and tactical performance management of the company’s wholesale, retail, and digital brokerage partners.

Before this, Riviezzo held leadership roles at Briza, a Toronto-based software insurtech, American International Group (AIG), where he directed the US Client Engagement Practice, Safety National Casualty Corporation, and Marsh, USA.
