The Department of Health and Human Services has frozen child care payments to the state of Minnesota as it investigates fraud allegations. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is set to hold a Jan. 7 hearing that will include testimony from Minnesota GOP state lawmakers who have investigated public assistance fraud.
