Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced the promotion of Theresa Biedermann to Head of Executive & Professional (E&P) Lines Claims in the US, a New York-based role.
In her new role, the executive will oversee claims across all BHSI E&P Lines in the U.S., including Commercial (Public) D&O, Private D&O, Financial Institutions, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber, Life Agents Broker Dealers, Lawyers Professional, and Miscellaneous Errors & Omissions Insurance.
Biedermann has been with BHSI since 2016, having most recently served as Head of Commercial D&O & Financial Institutions Claims in the US.
She firstly joined the company as a Complex Claims Director and held a succession of increasingly senior positions trhought her career at the company, including AVP, E&P Lines Claims, and Vice President, E&P Lines Claims.
