Xceedance, a global provider of technology and digital solutions, has announced the appointment of Subramanian (Subbu) Sankaran as Global Chief Operating Officer.
Sankaran brings over 30 years of experience in global operations and transformation roles, with expertise spanning insurance, healthcare, finance, procurement, and HR. He has successfully led large international teams and managed complex client portfolios.
He joins Xceedance from Wipro, where he served as Vice President – Global Practice Head for BFSI and HRO. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions.
Sankaran also spent six years at Accenture and nine years at WNS Global Services in a range of senior leadership roles.
