BMS, an independent insurance and reinsurance broker, has announced the promotion of Kian Wookey to the newly created role of Managing Director (MD), Bermuda Product Line Development.
Based in Bermuda, Wookey will report to Mark Lawson, Managing Director, North American Direct & Facultative at BMS.
In his new role, Wookey will retain his involvement in Property while also helping implement BMS’s wider strategy as it diversifies its offerings in the region and develops new insurance product lines across the Bermuda platform.
Wookey joined BMS in April 2019, where he has served as Director within the Property team.
Previously, he was a Partner at JLT Specialty Bermuda and began his career as an Account Executive and Producing Broker for U.S. Property business at Lloyd & Partners.
