AXA XL, the property and casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division of global insurer AXA, has appointed Betsy Higgens as Head of Casualty and Megan Kelley as Head of Product within its Wholesale Solutions Team in the Americas.
Higgens brings over 16 years of expertise in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) casualty market, with a proven track record in driving profitable growth, developing underwriting strategies, and strengthening broker relationships.
She joins AXA XL from Lexington Insurance Company, where she held several senior roles, most recently as Head of Field – Lexington Casualty.
Kelley brings extensive experience leading strategic initiatives in the excess casualty insurance space, with a strong background in launching new products, managing large portfolios, and fostering client relationships.
